- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront and transparent when it comes to our pricing. Our policy is that we like to surprise customers with added costs. To rectify this, we properly scope and price projects at the onset. Until December 31, 2020, all first responders, health care workers and military personnel will receive a 20% discount off our interior design services after confirming their eligibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
COMPLIMENTARY IN-HOUSE CONSULTATION During this meeting, we review your space, understand your vision and style, and get an idea of your budget for the project. Information gathered in this meeting will enable us to develop a budget and design agreement. To get your project started, a design agreement and a small retainer are required. CONCEPT DESIGN AND PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE We provide you with the best-suited solution to meet your desired remodeling outcome and a related price range, customer bespoke or standard products. We design 2-3 different options with the corresponding budget range, customer narrows to one concept design. FINAL DESIGN, MATERIAL SELECTION & PRICING The drafting team will provide construction plans per the shortlist concept design. The selections team will assist in choosing fixtures and finishes to best suit your taste. At this stage, we begin to zero in on the true costs of your project and provide you with a guaranteed price for your project. CONSTRUCTION A fixed-price contract is executed and the necessary deposit is taken to get started. Our production team takes care of everything from scheduling, ordering, logistics, building, and installation of your fixtures and finishes. We bring your dreams to reality COMPLETION Final walkthrough to ensure customer satisfaction. We take great pride in our attention to detail. The project is delivered on mutual completion and final payment collected. POST HANDOFF We protect what we build. A month after the project has been handed over, as a courtesy, we follow up with the customers. After 12 months, we do a full inspection of our work and, any required project related fixes are taken care of at no fee to the customer. Excludes normal wear and tear, workmanship is covered.
