FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is discussed after a free 15-minute consultation via phone or video I currently offer a variety of options for new clients depending on the length of your commitment to coaching. The price includes email support between sessions and resources (books, journals, homework, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we both agree I am a good fit for your needs. A Coaching Agreement will be sent via email that outlines what we will work on together. The platform used for communication is video, phone, and email. Next, we will discuss goals and identify some of your strengths that we will use over the course of the coaching experience to help you achieve the target goals. We will meet weekly, every other week, or monthly for coaching based on what will work for you. Individuals are 50 min sessions, and couples and families are 90 min sessions Once the client is seen for their first visit the normal process is to schedule up to 4-week outs.
