- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is scaled to be fair upon services. We do offer package rates at 15% off when our introductory package is booked at once (4 sessions scheduled within a 2month period)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial session is the first step where we can discuss your general goals or concerns that you are seeking some help with and I answer any questions you might have. Once I get to know your hopes in counseling, we work together in a supportive environment to get you on the best possible path.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters degree in Clinical Psychology Certified Mental Health Counselor Certified Transformational Coach
