Justin at grapevine pool and spa did a great job taking care of our repair. He came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and repaired it promptly. The thing that really impressed me is that he could have tried to convince us to replace a couple of major parts of the system, but he didn't. He repaired them and I feel that he is honest and does what he would do if it were his pool. I will DEFINITELY call him again and highly recommend his company.

We have had Justin and his crew cleaning and servicing our pool and spa for over a year and a half. Being disabled and from the Seattle area I have never had to deal with a pool. So I give Justin 5 stars for the patience he has shown us in that time frame. But, we are very proud of how our pool looks when we have local or friends and family from Seattle. They all let us know how much they like the salt water and how clean it is. His rates on servicing and cleaning are very reasonable. We are slowly learning how to use the inside controls thanks to Justin. Outstanding business and service company.

WOW! Fantastic service. Justin installed a pool pump and the professionalism from first contact to job completion could not have been better. Justin was prompt to reply, prompt to schedule install and methodical in his work. My wife and I were so impressed, we are now using Justin, Grapevine Pool and Spa, for our weekly pool maintenance. Highly recommend.
