I don't write reviews like this often, but after my experience with this company on Saturday, August 15, I genuinely feel like I have to. I hired this incredible, locally owned and operated moving company to move my belongings from a one-bedroom apartment and half kitchen in DeSoto to my new third-floor two-bedroom apartment in Richardson—nearly 30 miles away. From the beginning, these gentlemen were everything you hope for when trusting someone with your home and your belongings: prompt, professional, respectful, efficient, well-mannered and HARD WORKING. They handled the job I hired them to do with absolutely no complaints, and for a more than reasonable price. But then something completely unexpected happened. My fiancée was moving out of her home that same day using a rented truck. Unfortunately, she was involved in an accident that totaled the vehicle and left it completely nonfunctional. As you can imagine, she was already dealing with the emotional shock of the accident while simultaneously trying to navigate the stress and exhaustion that comes with moving your entire life. The movers had already completed my move. Their job was done. They had every right to leave. Instead, when they learned what happened, they waited for the tow truck carrying my fiancée's wrecked rental to arrive—and then helped us unload that truck, too. No additional charge. No attempt to turn an unfortunate situation into an opportunity to make more money. No “that's outside the scope of our service.” Just two good men who saw somebody having an incredibly difficult day and decided to help. And honestly, THAT is what I'm going to remember. There are plenty of companies that can move your furniture from Point A to Point B. What is much harder to find is a company whose people understand that sometimes you're not just moving furniture—you're moving someone's life. These gentlemen saw my fiancée's distress, understood the weight of what she was dealing with, and chose compassion over convenience and humanity over profit. That tells me everything I need to know about the kind of people behind this business. If you're looking for movers who are professional, dependable, reasonably priced and genuinely care about the people they're serving, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They didn't just provide the service they advertised. They showed us who they are when nobody was asking them to. That's the kind of business I will gladly support, recommend to everyone I know, and call again without hesitation. Thank you, gentlemen. Seriously. 10/10 service. 10/10 professionalism. 10/10 humanity. You earned a customer for life. 💙

Fredrick and Jarrett handled my move with so much care and still very efficient. All my furniture was moved out less than an hour despite being in a third floor apartment building. Most of the time was consumed by transit, nonetheless the delivery was amazing and handled with the same care. Thank you both for allowing me to have one less thing to stress about!
