My pool went down on a Saturday, I sent a message out to 3 companies here on thumbtack, 1 didn’t respond, 1 said he’d get back to me Monday, then Paulo called me instantly. He was ready to troubleshoot over the phone but a storm was rolling in. He was open to coming out on Sunday, but we settled on Monday at 11. He got to my house at 10:50 and had the pool running before 11. It was a simple fix but I’m confident he could’ve fixed whatever problem there could have been. Once he got the pool going, I then set up as my pool guy. Highly recommend.

Paulo was a great guy to work with , he took care the tank and leak and even went to get the part for me for my chlorinator. Very reasonable price, will use him near future for my other work

Our pool had 2 challenges this week; the filter cartridges needed to be replaced, and algae was very heavy for that reason and no advice from our regular weekly pool service company. I contacted Rio for the filter cartridge issue, which was handled, and also able to eliminate the algae in the same one hour visit. Rio Pools is very good, and reasonable prices. Thanks again Rio, Crystal blue again!

Paulo came to my house to look at and discuss what needed to be done with my pool. It was looking dirty even though I had a pool company cleaning it. When Paulo showed up, he made me feel confident with everything he said. From the first time his company cleaned my pool, it started looking better and continues to get better. He has excellent customer service and I would recommend him and his company to anyone that needs their pool taken care off.
