Introduction: Turiya Yoga & Childbirth Services is dedicated to quality yoga instruction and supporting moms-to-be during their childbirth preparations. Melissa offers personalized classes comprised of a variety of yoga styles in the comfort of your home in which to explore the mind, body and soul. In addition, Melissa offers a range of services for expectant moms, including private yoga classes, hypnobirthing childbirth education and doula services. At Turiya Yoga, we believe that yoga and self-relaxation techniques combined with a holistic approach provide a pathway to bring about positive and transformational change in your life, and we nurture that journey with all our students. Although we believe that a regular yoga practice offers a variety of benefits to one's overall fitness, fitness is not our primary focus. Our one-on-one private yoga classes or yoga therapy sessions for those living with the physical challenges of cancer and chronic conditions offer an alternative to fitness-focused gym classes. Melissa has a heartfelt desire to offer support both physically and emotionally to her students regardless of their struggles.
