Minimum of $130-$160 for the first hour, after which is $80 an hour billed in 30 min increments. This service charge goes to cover gas, depreciation, and advertising. Thumbstack is free to clients, not to the Pro's. We are charged regardles if you hire us or go with someone else. Below is a simple list of some basic services:

Ryan was very responsive and communicative from the get-go. He arrived on time, brought the tools that he needed, and finished the work within the time frame he estimated.
He helped me put in a small wall mount, hung a couple of frames, fix a clogged sink, and fixed my floor boards that were creating gaps.

Ryan took on two projects in one shot: • we wanted to fix some gaps/cracks in the baseboards of our guest bedroom • we needed to disassemble and reassemble the plumbing below the air switch for our kitchen sink to install a new filter
The air switch & filter turned out to be a lot tricker than expected but Ryan was persistent, resourceful, and made sure he could get down to the root cause and fix things properly.
Ryan also made quick work of our baseboard repairs. He assessed the situation, made some suggestions for what would provide the longest-lasting fix, and throughout his work he paid attention to both: what would look good & what would be functional.
I was happy to find one person with such a versatile skillset (he even does electrical work, although we didn't need it this time) and won't hesitate to hire Ryan again!

I worked with Rick on couple of projects which included installation of doors, other electric equipments. He also helped with the gutter work in the roof.
