I offer a 2 year labor warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranty applicable. I pride myself on being as reasonable and reliable as possible. I'm not perfect, but I sure do enjoy trying to be. I bring a lightness and a bit of humor to what is all too often a stressful situation because of a water leak, no hot water, a stoppage, or any other hiccup in the normal operation of someones home.

Michael not only helped me with the lights in our Rowlett location, but then he later came to our Frisco location and fix some plumbing issues that the "professionals" @ Legacy Plumbing lied about. He saved me a ton of money, was very informative and honestly I will from here on call The Handyman's Daddy (Michael) from here on. Thank you again

Let me start off by saying I am somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to contractors and home repair projects, and I unfortunately have a biased opinion that most contractors are out to "get you". This is probably not really the case but that is the backdrop to this review. I cannot speak highly enough about Michael. I contacted him on a Wednesday and he could have come on Thursday but it didn't work out for us. He ended up coming on Sunday, which worked best for us. I asked him to fix two toilets, a frozen pipe, an ice box valve and unclog some drains. He was here for 3 hours and was diligently at work the whole time. He was extraordinarily thorough, explained everything while he was working, and was professional and courteous. His pricing is extremely competitive as well. He came prepared with the supplies necessary for the majority of the projects (I had to go to Home Depot after it was clear that we needed some other supplies while he was here, which was no fault of his at all), he worked efficiently and was great at troubleshooting. We walked through every repair afterwards to show satisfactory results. He operates based on transparency, honesty, and extremely good value. I was extremely pleased with his work and will contact him again if we ever need any plumbing work in the future. He also does remodeling work with a partner and I will likely contact him to do some bathroom remodels in the future based on my interactions with him today and pictures of remodels he has done that he showed me today. Absolute pleasure to work with. You may send me messages to inquire further about the work he did for us, and I would be happy to refer any friends or family to him.

Michael was great. Very responsive and came out the next day. He did great work and was very knowledgeable. He helped me diagnose another plumbing issue I was having and suggested a great idea that will end up saving me a lot of money. I will not hesitate to use him again!

I provide a 2 year transferrable warranty for my labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal is getting the job done as quickly and professionally as possible so the customer can continue life as normal. A close second is making them feel as comfortable as possible. I understand how difficult it is to allow someone in your home without knowing them, let alone trusting that I will complete the job correctly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated high school with some college credits. Foreman/Electrician/Plumber for a remodeling company for 10 yrs. DPM plumbing followed, and now here I am.
