- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a 2 year transferrable warranty for my labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal is getting the job done as quickly and professionally as possible so the customer can continue life as normal. A close second is making them feel as comfortable as possible. I understand how difficult it is to allow someone in your home without knowing them, let alone trusting that I will complete the job correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated high school with some college credits. Foreman/Electrician/Plumber for a remodeling company for 10 yrs. DPM plumbing followed, and now here I am.
