FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my bids usually come from looking at the job in person but I have never charged more than 125$ a room unless I knew the room has never had a full clean up and it was going to be time consuming so I would charge it as it was 2 rooms or depending on the size of it need a daily charge of 300$.for the most part new home clean up for some one buy and selling the house I charge about 350$ for a house 1200sq ft and for a 3000sq ft + I charge about 500$ to 550$ depending on what is needed to be cleaned up. Lived in houses or recurring homes I charge about 250$ for 1200sqft and under and about 400$ /450$ for big house 2500sqft +

one time estimate depending on their job and if my service are recurring a mutual standard price is placed with the client and by contract well begin on a supplement cost
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
in the 18 yrs of doing construction I have worked 4 yrs building houses from the ground up with an interesting group of builder who we're Mennonites and operated a little out of the ordinary, but I have never known of anybody else who cared about their projects as much as they do.The knowledge I gathered from them in the 4 yrs is more than a lifetime of tricks to the trade. I don't even think that any institute would have the teaching they have provided me.after working with them I easily found many companies that would hire me but I was on a quest for knowledge so I wanted to fill in the gaps so I went to work with my old highschool classmate who was running his own H-VAC Co with plumbing n electrical projects on the side for 4 yrs till I realized I was never going to be placed in a higher position in his Co. So with never getting licensed in those fields I just did remodel till I began my clean up Co
