- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have any hidden fees. I am upfront about all service charges. Many companies offer low rates with lots of hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very straight forward with pricing. I consider it a weakness because some companies lure customers with low prices along with large hidden fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous Locksmith and access control certifications and a Texas Class B License. I am constantly refining my craft through additional training.
