ICT Janitorial Services is wonderful! They responded quickly to my request for information. I ended up hiring them and they did a great job cleaning my carpets-even removing many stains! Highly recommend!

Very poor service! I had to go back and clean everything once they left. They left so many things unfinished as well. I knew there was going to be problems when they didn't know oven cleaner even existed. They asked me where they could buy some. Unbelievable!!
What a waste of time and money! Stay away from ICT. Stay far, far away! Extremely disappointed with this janitorial service!!!!!
How can ICT improve??? Find another line of business!!! I'm at a loss of words!

We asked you if everything was good and you said yes. also we had oven cleaner we didnt have the one you used thats why that was asked. also you were still working on the unit so of course you have to reclean the unit. we would of been more then happy to go over any thing that had to be redone. there was also to power or water
