FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll meet online or talk face-to-face and trade expectations and hash out the contract if we're a perfect fit :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Street photography - of the daily grind frozen in time, was my first crush in photography. Then, because I'd always have my camera with me, I'd take pictures at my friends parties for fun and give them the pictures. Their friends would ask about me...and that's how I'd get hired to do simple family photos...etc. And, when film was still in, I was a seasonal photographer for Legends Sports Photography. And, after all that, I took a digital photography course at the university, another photographer gave my name to the news paper when they were looking for a freelancer, and, so I landed a freelance gig at the Valley Morning Star in Harlingen. Soon after that, I'd sit in as a second shooter for other photographers for weddings, worked as the press aide assistant for USTA Pro-Circuit Tennis Tourney taking pics and doing their social media marketing, and I started doing more portraits, small weddings...and it's been about 8 years since all that.
