- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees quoted include return only, based upon circumstances listed by client; additional fee may be required for additional work. Additional work includes significant number of trades in securities, crypto-currency transactions, significant bookkeeping related to businesses, contributions, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any customer must complete an engagement letter, and questionnaire, which helps to identify taxable circumstances/events. A new customer must also provide the latest tax return filed, and preferably two years of prior returns, as well as copies of identification-state ID and social security.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Accounting degree and Certified Public Accountant.
