I had a big leak in the kitchen and another leak in the bathroom . A friend recommended Houston plumbing expert and I was really happy with the service, they explained to me vary thoroughly what the problem was and took the time to answer all my questions, they explained to me how they are going to fix it and gave me a reasonable price . I was satisfied with the service and will definitely call them again if I ever have any other plumbing issues. I believe they are trustworthy and care about their customers and the service they provide.

I have to say thank you to Eric. Its 12:53am and he is just leaving the plumbing job that Home Depot stated was a simple fix but obviously not for my house. Not to mention, ARS told me they would send someone at about 7:30-8:00-a repairman will call and be in route to my home. Well when I called back at 9:30, I was told I was on the schedule for tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have water shooting out of the valve from the wall to the toilet. So I googled plumbers open now and Houston Plumbing Expert came up. Gave them a call and was told a plumber would call me within 30mins and someone can solve my problem tonight. Once that call ended within 10 mins Eric called and asked some questions and was at my home within 30mins corrected the issue and was very effecient, informative, and professional.Thanks so much Houston Plumbing Experts,Eric is the BEST!!!

Eric definitely earned five stars from me today. I have never felt so happy when a plumber completed a job before. Two other plumbers tried and failed to clear my clogged pipe, whereas this gentleman Eric from Houston Plumbing Experts was willing and able to keep going at it until the job was done. I don't know if he had better technique or just more tenacity than the others, but I am extremely satisfied. Thank you for being you - you're the best!
