My toilet in upstairs bathroom needed a new wax ring, and I found Carlos on this app. I messaged him around 11 AM on a Saturday, and he responded back within an hour. He was able to come out on Saturday afternoon and make the necessary repairs and wax ring replacement. He was quick and efficient. He is very professional, had all the right equipment, and even wore shoe covers inside the house. He didn’t leave any mess behind, and he showed me the old wax ring!
