In the future you need not advertise that there is $0 /service call for a quote on fixing a plumbing problem. I knew I had seen on Thumbtack the $0 service call. I feel I should get a refund of the $69 I was charged . So people using the thumbtack app be aware of some companies false advertising no service charge to you for them to come out and look and give you a quote . I’ve been using this app for years and have told other people about the app and this is the first time I encountered this problem. Call and ask questions before they come to your home to make sure there is no charge like the advertisement says.
