Jonathan did a great job on two projects. I will review them separately. For job #1, we had an annoying leak we couldn't stop with plumbers putty, sealant or muscle. Jonathan quickly diagnosed the issue and then set up our robot vacuum/mop so that it would take water from/and drain under/ our utility sink. Can't say enough about how responsive and professional he is. And the value was fair. I am happy to pay a call out fee to people that are highly competent like this. I wish I had worked with him sooner. BTW, I highly recommend getting a plumbed mop (no more rinsing with dirty water). Reach out to Jonathan and he can get you going.

We had an excellent experience with Texas Reliable Plumbing Service. John was incredibly prompt in arranging same-day service for us, even though it was already late in the day. We really appreciate that level of responsiveness. Anwari arrived right on time, delivered great service, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. Although we came to find there wasn’t necessarily an issue with our sink after all, Anwari still went above and beyond by sharing helpful tips to ensure the longevity of our plumbing.

Bought a fridge and washer. The faucet to the water pipes in the laundry room were corroded and my fridge was not connected to a water pipe. Jonathan was polite and pleasant in person, along with his coworker/partner. I really appreciated was him running out to Home Depot to grab a part I was missing. I’m happy to have my washer on because I was down to my skivvies and I’m excited to have a fridge making ice cubes that can hit my teeth.
