Jonathan did a great job on two projects. I will review them separately. For job #1, we had an annoying leak we couldn't stop with plumbers putty, sealant or muscle. Jonathan quickly diagnosed the issue and then set up our robot vacuum/mop so that it would take water from/and drain under/ our utility sink. Can't say enough about how responsive and professional he is. And the value was fair. I am happy to pay a call out fee to people that are highly competent like this. I wish I had worked with him sooner. BTW, I highly recommend getting a plumbed mop (no more rinsing with dirty water). Reach out to Jonathan and he can get you going.

Quick and honest!!! Honesty is hard to find these days but he saved us over 1,000.00 dollars, yes you read that right, by telling the truth. We were told by another company it would be over 3500.00 to replace a water heater that didn’t need to be replaced. He was honest and told us we just needed to fix a heating element. Cost was only 600.00. What a life saver when you need it the most!!
