José was great to work with! He was able to respond quickly to my initial request for help with my water heater that was not providing hot water. He was able to take a look at the water heater and diagnose it the next day. He provided several different options for replacing the water heater and took some time to explain the options in detail to me, which really helped me make an informed decision. He was also great with communication by ensuring to provide me with updates along the way. Lastly, he always made sure to arrive promptly within the time Frame he had provided me. Highly recommend working with him for any plumbing needs.

Jose replaced a gas water heater for me. He provided upfront competitive pricing based on pictures. Friendly and was willing to answer many questions and educate me throughout the process. He worked with me to allow my input into picking brand/specifications on the heater and did not push for additional repairs or unnecessary work. Once I decided to go with True North he came out on the same day and the job was finished successfully by him and helper within about 2 hours. He even registered the warranty for me before leaving. Would recommend for plumbing work.
