I recently had four toilets installed in my house, and I’m impressed with the work. The person who handled it (Malcolm) was skilled, on time, and efficient. Malcolm was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I reached out through the Thumbtack app for help replacing an older toilet with a cracked bowl, and he was extremely responsive—quick to provide a clear quote and share his availability. On the day of service, he gave a 45-minute heads-up before arriving, which we really appreciated. Once on site, Malcolm explained exactly what needed to be done and carried out the work with great care. He hauled away the old toilet, installed the new one perfectly, and took the time to walk me through what he did, including tips on how to care for the seal. Everything was left spotless. When I asked about future plumbing projects, he was both patient and knowledgeable, explaining differences between brands and features. It’s rare to find someone so professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. Malcolm will be our go-to plumber going forward and someone I’d wholeheartedly recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

He installed a garbage disposal for me. I didn’t want to take on the project myself since it was hardwired. I appreciate him taking care of that for me. Additionally, I hired another plumber to change all of my shutoff valves. That plumber didn’t seal it properly because it had a leak in it. This plumber Malcolm Walter’s sealed it for no charge. That ensures future business from me. I highly recommend Malcolm for garbage disposal replacement and other plumbing issues. If I would have called ARS, I imagine the cost would have been 3 or 4 times what I paid. Thanks. It’s good to get honest work for a fair price. This is the first time it’s been dry underneath my sink in a long time.
