There needs to be more stars!! Absolutely incredible business! I am in tears!! Jerry went above and beyond. Just an incredible human who helped me, a mom, out in a really hard situation where I had a stinky dead animal in my attic and my young daughter had the flu I had to get her out of the house. I was able to stay with her while he completely handled the situation for me and got the smell out and aired it all out for me. I am beyond grateful! Look nowhere else! His estimates were the lowest I received, he was prompt, no tricks or scams, just solid quality, professional work, with a great big heart!

Jerry was very thorough about the process. He placed small traps on Saturday, then came back today and placed the large traps. He also plugged up any areas that would allow a creature to get in. When he came today he had a raccoon in a trap. He gave it water, something to eat, and kept it out of the sun. Was going to release in a wildlife refuge. I want the. animal out of my attic, but not to be killed. Would use again, but hope I don't have to.

Jerry and his team did a wonderful job set traps and sealing open access spots into the house. We had one squirrel in a trap this morning and they were onsite quickly to remove him and find him a new home. We are waiting to make sure all our furry friends are out and then they will come back and finish everything up. Thanks guys!!!

I’m very thankful for this professional coming out to provide their insight regarding my condo. He responded the fastest and showed up within 1 hour of me creating a project on thumbtack. Once he arrived, he showed me all the potential entry points for the rodents, he also uncovered some of the routes the rodents could take and discussed with me how to rectify the issue. Unfortunately due to the nature of the condo, it would require multiple owners to resolve the issue, however, I appreciated his thoroughness and honest opinion. He came to my unit free of charge and provided information that other pros charge for. He also didn’t charge me for unnecessary costs as he showed me that the issue was much larger than my unit. I really appreciate his professionalism and quick response!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wont always be the lowest cost but i will most certainly keep my word. And if the service doesn’t meet your standards then i wont ask for the final payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All my discovery and inspection is completely free. You have a full understanding of both scope of problem and how I intend to fix it. I try and be as transparent as possible so i can limit what you need to ask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years industry knowledge and my grandfather was a general contractor for 50 years in this city. I learned a lot from him. I have a network of referral partners from carpenters to electricians, flooring guys and roofing guys. I was also in the U.S. Navy for 6 years and developed a never say die attitude when it comes to problem solving.
