Jerry was well versed in dealing with wildlife animals. I thought I had a squirrel issue,turns out it was a raccoon issue.Momma and 3 kits.He assessed the situation quickly and went to work.It took a few days to get the family but they were humanely handled and released. I highly recommend his company.

All I can say is I had a uninvited rodent show up at my house these guys immediately identified the perpetrator. Laid traps, sealed entry points , came and got the rodent and disinfected the affected areas. All while I wasn’t home. Full service and very professional. I found them on Thumbtack. I’m very thankful for this professional coming out to provide their insight regarding my condo. He responded the fastest and showed up within 1 hour of me creating a project on thumbtack. Once he arrived, he showed me all the potential entry points for the rodents, he also uncovered some of the routes the rodents could take and discussed with me how to rectify the issue. Unfortunately due to the nature of the condo, it would require multiple owners to resolve the issue, however, I appreciated his thoroughness and honest opinion. He came to my unit free of charge and provided information that other pros charge for. He also didn’t charge me for unnecessary costs as he showed me that the issue was much larger than my unit. I really appreciate his professionalism and quick response!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wont always be the lowest cost but i will most certainly keep my word. And if the service doesn’t meet your standards then i wont ask for the final payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All my discovery and inspection is completely free. You have a full understanding of both scope of problem and how I intend to fix it. I try and be as transparent as possible so i can limit what you need to ask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years industry knowledge and my grandfather was a general contractor for 50 years in this city. I learned a lot from him. I have a network of referral partners from carpenters to electricians, flooring guys and roofing guys. I was also in the U.S. Navy for 6 years and developed a never say die attitude when it comes to problem solving.
