Jerry was well versed in dealing with wildlife animals. I thought I had a squirrel issue,turns out it was a raccoon issue.Momma and 3 kits.He assessed the situation quickly and went to work.It took a few days to get the family but they were humanely handled and released. I highly recommend his company.

Really great experience. They got a birds nest out of a vent in my house and relocated the nest nearby. 20 minutes in and out. Also sealed it up so that I wont have future issues.

There needs to be more stars!! Absolutely incredible business! I am in tears!! Jerry went above and beyond. Just an incredible human who helped me, a mom, out in a really hard situation where I had a stinky dead animal in my attic and my young daughter had the flu I had to get her out of the house. I was able to stay with her while he completely handled the situation for me and got the smell out and aired it all out for me. I am beyond grateful! Look nowhere else! His estimates were the lowest I received, he was prompt, no tricks or scams, just solid quality, professional work, with a great big heart!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wont always be the lowest cost but i will most certainly keep my word. And if the service doesn’t meet your standards then i wont ask for the final payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All my discovery and inspection is completely free. You have a full understanding of both scope of problem and how I intend to fix it. I try and be as transparent as possible so i can limit what you need to ask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years industry knowledge and my grandfather was a general contractor for 50 years in this city. I learned a lot from him. I have a network of referral partners from carpenters to electricians, flooring guys and roofing guys. I was also in the U.S. Navy for 6 years and developed a never say die attitude when it comes to problem solving.
