Alex was great! Diagnosed the problem, left to get the parts and returned the same day to fix my dishwasher. Very informative and knowledgeable, even game me some tips on our appliances. Will definitely use again if needed.

Alex called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was honest and said that it’s not worth fixing my dishwasher and gave me some advice on new dishwashers to look at. Overall a very good experience!

Pleasant guy to work with, he showed up next day although not exactly at time agreed upon, and did a good job. I actually gave him a second job fixing our icemaker which he also did well at a fair price.

I’m so glad we chose to work with Alex to fix our dishwasher! He was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, friendly, and thoroughly communicated with us throughout the process. He made recommendations for us that ultimately saved us from extra costs down the road, and now our dishwasher is working as if it was brand new!
