Reaching out to Assist Appliance Repairs was in my best interest! They were not only the quickest ones to respond, but were continuously responsive as I asked questions, they were all answered in a timely manner. They had availability that same morning and came out to do analysis. They quickly assessed the problem and scheduled with me to come out and change the issue with new parts. They ended up giving me a call and were able to come out that same day to make the change! Their prices were great! Their attitude was kind and professional! Their work was impeccable! Overall, my experience with them was impressive and I will use them again in the future.

After a frustrating experience with a different big-name appliance repair company on Thumbtack, I turned to Assist Appliance, LLC, and I’m so glad I did. Max, the technician, came out the same day I called and quickly diagnosed the issue with my washer—something I had been dealing with for weeks. He clearly explained what the problem was and what part needed to be replaced. Once the part arrived (within two days), Max reached out immediately and scheduled a time to come fix it. He replaced the control board quickly and efficiently, and just like that—my washer was back to working perfectly. Max was knowledgeable, professional, and transparent every step of the way. While the repair cost was a bit on the higher side, the quality of service made it well worth it. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever need appliance repairs in the future. Highly recommend!

Although I didn't accept to have my dishwasher repaired (it costs more to repair than to buy a new one), a control panel ($360 total) the serviceman was nice, professional and thorough.
