- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $49 diagnostic service call, which is fully waived when you proceed with the repair — you only pay for parts and labor. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. We always aim to provide the most affordable solution first and never upsell unnecessary parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few quick questions to understand the issue. Then we schedule a convenient time for a technician to come out, diagnose the problem, and explain the repair options. If the customer approves the repair, we move forward right away whenever possible. Our goal is to make the whole process simple and stress-free. We carry many common parts with us, and in most cases we can complete the repair during the first visit. If a specific part is needed, we order it immediately and usually receive it the same day. All completed repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. We always focus on the most affordable and effective solution to save our customers money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have professional hands-on training in appliance repair, including manufacturer-specific experience with major brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, and more. We stay up to date with modern appliances and repair practices to provide fast, accurate, and reliable service.
