Vitalii was great! Our washing machine suddenly stopped draining and he was able to diagnose the issue fast. He ordered the part and came back to install it once it arrived. He’s very professional and respectful -cleaned up after himself, and made sure I understood what was wrong and how it was fixed. I’ll be recommending him to friends and family for sure.👍

Our fridge totally gave out during a crazy hot week, of course, right when it was packed with groceries!!! Everything started going bad, and I was seriously stressed. Found Vitalii and he replied super fast. Came out the same day, figured out the problem in no time, and had it cooling again within the hour. No upselling, no runaround , just solid, honest work. Definitely keeping his number in case anything else breaks!
