The technician came out very quickly and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, nice, and worked fast. He explained clearly that the evaporator wasn’t defrosting and the Freon was low, and was honest that repair wasn’t worth it since it would cost half the price of a new fridge. I really appreciated the honesty and would definitely call them again!
