It’s extremely hard to find someone for repairs and to have them come out to our area. I’m glad we found Justin who did an amazing job. He needed to order a part for us which he did and came back out a few days later to install it. We are glad we took of a problem that probably would’ve cost us to get a new appliance. I definitely recommend him!

However, upon seeking a second opinion, the actual repair cost was significantly lower than initially estimated. Consequently, the $85 service fee seemed unjustified.
