Excellent service. After multiple companies called to repair washer, finally this company knew right away what the problem was, which was confirm by the code from the machine. When I asked how to obtain the code the technician showed me how to retrieve the code. The other companies did not take the time to retrieve the code (code will tell the technician the problem of the machine) or maybe the other companies did not have the knowledge
