"Repair man" walks in, turns on the garbage disposal, hears it not running and declares it dead. Doesn't touch it at all. No tools used. Wants to charge almost $400 to replace it, parts and labor. After he leaves I watch a youtube video on using an alan wrench on the bottom of the device. After a couple of turns I find a screw in the disposal that had jammed it. It's back to running fine!

Just better communication tactics. Sent his son in order to do a follow up repair because the garbage disposal stopped working in a couple of weeks. Son had an awful attitude-awful communication and thinking he’s street. Personally I would never do business with them again-Sheisty tactics and a Sheisty brand. 85 dollars for 5 minutes worth of work is hilarious and that’s twice 😂😂😂😂😂😂 but that’s my bad though

If you want conversational skills, go elsewhere. If you want military efficiency, this is your guy. After removing a tiny spoon stuck in the disposal, Kevin told my tenant he wouldn’t leave until she called me and he received payment from me. I sent payment immediately. When I called him after to talk about the possibility of handling the payment process in a less hostage-situation style, he said that’s how he does business. I told him I was looking for a handyman since my long standing handyman had suddenly become unavailable and he was so quick to tell me he only does plumbing, that it felt to me like he cut me off and was not interested in my situation. So I said thank you for your time and tried to let him go back to his busy day. He tried to ask what kind of handyman work I would be needing but I couldn’t come up with something so we left it at that. He asked me to write a review and so here it is. I hope it helps to paint a clear picture. Kevin was on time, responsive, honest and effective. I am grateful helped us with a last minute quick garbage disposal repair.
