Sam was very quick determining what the issue was with my appliance (literally less than 5 minutes) and he gave me an immediate diagnostic. Great communication from scheduling the appointment until he arrived at my home. Hire him.

Sam did not have one of the parts he needed to complete the repairs. He explained he had a couple of other jobs in the area and then he would return to the shop and pick up the part. Although he was stuck in traffic, he called and assured me he would return and complete the repairs that night. He kept his word and finished the job. I will definitely contact Sam and Infix Appliances Repair for any future appliance repairs.

This company appears to stand behind their work product. While they did not fix our unit the first time as expected, they did return out to the home and make repeat follow ups at no additional cost until they got it right. Technician knows his stuff and is very pleasant to deal with. If you're looking for an appliance repair shop, this one is definitely worth a try.

Sam was very professional and quick! I called him because my refrigerator wasn't cooling! I had milk for my infant I was worried about spoiling and food for us in there! He made himself available and came same day! He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote! He was very reasonable and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes! I called him the the next day because it still didn't seem to be cooling but he said to give it a few more hours and if it still didn't he would come back out to check it! Luckily it started cooling and that wasn't necessary! Thanks again Sam!
