Our frig. went out over a month ago it stopped cooling and the coil in the freezer was freezing up another company tried to repair but was not able to. I contacted Top Appliances Repair they sent our Francisco within 2 hrs of initial contact. Diagnosed the problem returned the next day to install the part. However it was another major part. He confirmed that they had that part at their warehouse return later that evening to install it. Our frig was back in service in 24hrs from the initial service call. I couldn't be more happier and pleased with everything quality, professionalism, responsiveness and cost. Thank you Top Appliance Team!

We had a leak in our Jenn Air refrigerator and called the OEM, they put us through a local vendor who told us it will cost over $1,000 to fix it.
We reached out to Top Appliances and they arrived same day, checked the refrigerator, installed our new filter properly and everything was good for $35 service fee only :)
Their level of professionalism and responsiveness from the initial call to repair is unmatched. We have found a new company for all our home and business appliance repairs.

They responded to me super quick when we contacted them about my dryer making banging noise and taking forever to dry the clothes. What I like best about this company is they communicated with me really well and fast. Their tech also spent time to explain to me what happened, what needed to be fixed and even how to use the dryer properly to prevent issues in the future. The price is reasonable, they also gave me a small discount and 1-year warranty. After all, I'm very happy with their professionism and expertise. I will hire them again if any of my appliances have issues
