Jay’s work was excellent! Communication was great, he was on time, verified exactly what we wanted, got right to work and then explained to me how to keep our washer & dryer in tip top condition. They hadn’t been checked or serviced in several years and now I believe they might last another 10 years.

Jay was a lifesaver when another technician failed to come on-time for my appointment. He promptly answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to explain what might be happening with my washing machine that was not turning on. He was as responsive as he could be in an urgent situation, particularly for the specific part for my outdated Kenmore Elite washer. Within a two day turn around time, he was able to diagnose, go obtain the control board, and replace the welded broken fuse with a new control board with a new fuse. He even ran tests on the vibration of my front-loading washing machine, estimating that the internal suspension knocked off the fuse rather than a power surge. All in all, I highly recommend Jay as a reliable and informative technician.

We asked him to come out to diagnose what was wrong with our refrigerator. We weren’t sure if we were going to repair it or replace it. He came out same day to take a look at our refrigerator, which happened to be melting ice and dripping water into the main compartment. He took a look and knew exactly what was wrong, even gave me an idea of what the repair may look like and provided his own suggestions. He definitely knows what he’s talking about, and we will absolutely hire him again in the future or any of our appliances!

Jay came to check my LG refrigerator, and it needed several parts, which he had to order. He was punctual, professional and showed up when promised. He came back several days later and installed the parts, and my refrigerator freezer is working fine with no noises. He also gave very good advice on what to look for and what brands are not so good to purchase
