- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic/service call fee is $65. If you choose to move forward with the repair, we waive the $65 and apply it toward the total cost. You will always receive a full price quote before any work is done — no surprises. Prices may vary based on brand, parts, and complexity of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about the appliance and the issue. Then we schedule a convenient time for a service visit. When we arrive, we diagnose the problem and provide a clear price quote before any work is done. If the repair is approved, we complete it on-site whenever possible. If parts are needed, we order them and return quickly to finish the job. No hidden fees, no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience repairing household appliances including ovens, washers, dryers, and refrigerators. I have successfully completed numerous repairs for various brands and models. I focus on providing fast, reliable, and professional service to ensure every appliance works safely and efficiently.
