I reached to several companies for my Samsung refrigerator repair and Unitech was the only one that could come out the same day. Ali was professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and the fridge has been maintaining perfect temperature ever since after his repair. The price was very fair for same-day service. Our LG washing machine stopped spinning completely. Clothes were soaking wet after every cycle. Called Unitech and they scheduled us for the next morning. Will arrived early, diagnosed the issue with the drain pump, and had it replaced within an hour. He was very professional and the price was reasonable. Washing machine works like new now!

Both technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. These are the type of gentlemen a consumer can trust in his home. As well as trust that the estimate is honest. I was very impressed. Also they follow COVID safety measures very strictly.
