I called this company to install a microwave the technician not only installed it he went above and beyond to make sure it worked properly after I called him back out a second time that literally was a USER ERROR. They are friendly Professional and very responsive. He didn’t even charge me a service fee the second time so I tipped BIG .. 10 out of 10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We inherited the Viking Grill when we bought our house, but it wasn't working when we moved in.
I received a prompt response to my online inquiry, and Victor arrived promptly as agreed. He explained clearly what repairs were required, and how long everything would take. He provided a very transparent breakdown of costs for parts and labour. The parts arrived within a few days and the repairs were completed promptly.
Victor cleaned and serviced the grill, and talked me through everything he had done, and how to get the best out of the unit. Overall, I am delighted with the service provided, and I would be delighted to recommend V&K Appliance Repair; I will certainly call them if I need anything in future!
