City of Houston requires a Engineer stamped drawing when requesting a permit. Sadly this was determined after the structure was built. I explained my situation and that I needed after the fact stamped engineered drawings. Rolly said he could do the work. He charge $350.00 to measure the structure afterwards he emailed his proposal stating it did not include engineer stamp. When I got angry about not providing the stamp, Rolly said that is what you get for trying to get away with not getting a permit in the first place. LICENSE ENGINEER SERVICES: Not Included on My Service Fee, The Following below: 1. Stamp and Sealed all Necessary Construction Documents 2. Structural Design and Details 3 General Notes Code Analysis

Mr. Maranan was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, detailed, reasonably priced, and willing to help. His work on architectural drawings for our large carport helped provide necessary details to our city’s permit office. He also helped provide updated drawings when additional detail was requested.
