- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I submitted to them my proposal letter that is included the scope of work, and also the pricing how it works my service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Proposal letter, contact them and ask more information about there Proposed project, how soon there needs the project to be done. how much there budget for the project. if my proposal accepted with signature send back to me , then I start to lay out my Drawings.
