I absolutely loved everything about this company! I contacted them and explained how I was pushing for time after wasting 3 entire weeks with my old architect who did nothing for me what's so ever. They came to my building with all this advance gadgets and told me exactly how things should be laid out and the best way to utilize every inch in my building. Within 3 days after we meet, they had already had a perfect proposal that I feel in love with and sealed the deal. I tell you what, I have plenty more jobs I will be having in the near future and I dont want anyone else on the job but " J HANNA GROUP"

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the J Hannah Group! To begin with the initial meet up was easy and they were very welcome to my ideas and had great ideas and design implements of their own. They came out to my property got to know me a bit, identifed my project needs, and presented some issues and design suggestions to make the construction more economical and feasible. I had them design a 3900 Sq ft custom modern home with industrial touches for me, and we are in the process of building! John and associates definitely guided me in the right direction to help reduce construction costs, and get the house built quick! They definitely exceeded my expectations and was definitely within my budget and the initial forecasted price quoted. They delivered the construction documents at least a week before the initial quoted deadline, which was great to help speed up the construction process. If you are not sure where you stand with your project like I was, you should definitely reach out to John he made all my dreams come true and then some! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about their flexibility, value, professionalism, and great work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our first priority is to gain an understanding of our client’s needs to develop a scope of work. To do so, we like to meet on-site with the client or to meet at our office in Clear Lake so we can discover what they like or don’t like. Once we define the scope of work, we are then able to provide a proposal for our services which will be submitted to our client within a few days of the meeting. Prior to signing any contracts, we typically offer preliminary designs with 3D renderings to ensure that our client has a clear idea of what their final product will look like. We work with our clients throughout the process and enjoy getting to know them throughout the design process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been designing homes and involved with construction services for over 30 years. Throughout my tenure in this industry, I have had the opportunity to work in several positions, from the bottom of the totem pole and now as the CEO of my own company.
My son and co-owner of the company is a structural graduate engineer and building designer with over 10 years of experience working in the oil and gas and construction industry. Our diverse portfolio and experiences allow us to quickly identify a client’s project needs while also being able to anticipate any issues that may impede the progress of a project.
