From the inception of the idea, to laying out of the project, to the completion of the project, Iram was there to help with the project and help along with some expansion of ideas when I chose to add additional remodeling It’s so much easier when there is guidance of expertise as demonstrated by Iram of Reyes Design. It was comforting to know that my wife and I had build a good rapport during the remodel of the kitchen, so much so, that I was at ease when the next project of building a patio and balcony in my master bedroom came to be! I have personally recommended his services and plan to do so in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on square footage for new construction, new addition or lump sum if it's a remodel and depending on the complexity of the project. I love my job, I'm 100% dedicated, love to help my clients as much as I can and try to make sure they are satisfied with my work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is introducing myself to the client and giving them a little profesional background about me and what I do. Then I ask about the project goals, give them my opinion and listen to their feed back, take notes, talk about budget and hopefully get to an agreement and move forward with project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's degree of applied science: computer aided drafting and design.
