As soon as I sent in my request to repair our fence door, he responded right away with questions for more detail about the job. He was able to gather a good understating of my issue over the phone. He asked very specific questions to diagnose my problem and how to fix it. He did the job that very same day which was late in the evening. He went out of his way to go to the hardware store to get the proper hardware to fix our fence. He was very detailed and thorough with his work. He noticed my original bolts were not drilled straight and re-drilled the holes. After he finished, my fence door felt very strongly reinforced. Bryan is a great people person and is very friendly. I really enjoyed the conversation with him while he performed the work. Our fence had been a problem for quite some time. With Bryan’s expertise he was able to fix it easily."See more

Responded back by calling at 6 am I was initially shocked that it wasn’t business hours, then after I explained the job that I wanted done there was a misunderstanding in his part. I had to explain again what I wanted. There was no reply. I messaged again after sending home address and pics as requested, I expected to receive a reply back as fast as I got a 6am call about hanging a simple awning. I have yet to get a second quote due to the first one being an outlandish 400 dollars just to hang a 5year old assembled awning that when he initially misunderstood the job. He stated he then understood the job but I have yet to get a second quote.
