- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on event length, travel distance, and any custom arrangements or special preparation needed. I believe in being upfront and transparent there are no hidden fees. I offer different packages for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and full-event coverage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief conversation to understand the event details date, venue, musical style, and any special requests. From there, I help the client select or customize the perfect playlist. Before the event, I confirm timing and cues, and on the day of, I arrive early for setup and sound check. My goal is to make the entire experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Artist Diploma (Post-Master’s), a Master’s degree in Piano Performance, a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance and over a decade of professional experience as a pianist. My training includes advanced classical performance, collaborative piano, conducting, and music arranging. I’ve performed in orchestras, cultural festivals, Candlelight concerts, university recitals, and numerous weddings and private events. I’ve also taught piano and music theory at the university level and in private academies. This broad background allows me to bring a high level of artistry, musicality, and professionalism to every event.”
