- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 3 step à la carte process - Pick your staffing needs, choose a package, and then add on rental items. 1. Bartender and Server Rates: $25/hr - Our bartenders are all trained, and certified to serve by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. - One bartender can accommodate up to 75-100 guest. 2. Bar Packages - Full Bar Package: $300 Ideal for serving beer, wine and liquor. Includes: mixers, garnishes, clear plastic cups, 100lbs of ice, ice tubs, ice bin, ice scoop, a 150qt cooler, pour spouts for liquor bottles, cocktail shakers, jiggers for measuring, wine and bottle opener, knife and cutting board, straws and napkins with holder, spill mats, and cleaning towels Mixers include: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, tonic and soda water, cranberry and orange juice. (You may need supplemental beverages for general consumption) - Beer and Wine Package: $200 - Ideal for serving beer and wine. Includes: clear plastic cups, 50lbs of ice, ice tubs, ice scoop, a 150qt cooler, wine and bottle opener, straws and napkins with holder, spill mats, and cleaning towels 3. Rental Items - Premium LED Bar: $200 - Compact LED Bar: $100 - Wooden Bar: $75 - 6ft Table With a Black Linen: $30 - Wine Glass: $0.75 - Rocks Glass: $0.75 Bar packages typically accommodate up to 150 guest. Packages may be discounted for small groups. All events must meet a $150 minimum and are subject to a 10% service fee.
