- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront pricing estimates are based on average needs for time and size of the event. This includes, but not limited to: Number of staff members, materials, product, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about your event needs and we put together a quote that works best for your needs and your budget. We want to get to know how you want to be served and what works best for your guests. We firmly believe in giving everything you need and nothing you don't.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TABC and Serv Safe certified. Any bartender or server working your event are certified, trained and have been in the business for at least 2 years. Some staff are over 16 years of experience!
