- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At American Home Services, we focus on providing affordable, honest pricing without cutting corners. Because of my background as a real estate investor and completing around 600 homes since 2012, I understand how to get projects done efficiently and cost-effectively. We offer fair pricing, transparent estimates, and solutions that fit different budgets. In many cases, we can also help customers prioritize repairs to save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the customer’s goals, concerns, and budget. Then we schedule a walkthrough of the property to evaluate the project and provide recommendations based on experience. After that, we provide a clear scope of work and pricing. Communication is important to us, so we keep customers updated throughout the project and work to make the process smooth from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2012, I’ve been actively involved in real estate investing, fix-and-flips, and renovation projects. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with numerous trades including plumbers, roofers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and general contractors. Managing and renovating hundreds of homes has given me extensive hands-on experience in construction, project management, estimating, and problem solving.
