Neek is the best trainer, especially individual or small group sessions. Every time I hit the gym with him I know I’m going to learn something new. I know I’m going to get better. I’d recommend any one with a love for basketball to train with Coach Neek.

Coach Neeko developed my Son. Before we started training with him my Son was withdrawn and a lot less confident. He worked to bring him out of his shell and I see the training in his demeanor now as a ball player. He cares for my Son and I feel that! My guy coach niko at baseline performance is one of the best trainers in the city. He provides me with quality drills and workouts centered around areas where I need to work on. He motivates me to do well and push myself to my fullest potential. After every workout I always walk out of the gym knowing I got better. I highly recommend training with him.
