Introduction: Hi. My name is Lamar Sanders. I am the founder of Each One Teach One Academy. I have 18 years of collegiate and professional experience. Playing in three different countries Spain, Mexico, & Japan. I retired in 2017 and began coaching and player development. I have trained players at every level. OMG. My son who is taking basketball lessons and I are extremely pleased with everything about the program. I had interacted with many trainers over the years, and nothing quality of training at this academy. My son is learning a lot and is loving it. I highly t commend it

I wasn’t sure if this would be a good match because we live outside of Houston and my son has never played on a team, but so glad we made this choice. Coach Sanders has been great about communicating with us from day one. He is understanding to our situation which has made this process easier on us. Once my son met him he understood what was needed to improve his game and got a lot of positive feedback. The 2nd lesson was more rigorous and my son loved it! He not only helps him on how to improve playing but is very detailed on technique and helps my son really appreciate the game, that much more. I’m appreciative and only wish I could pick all five options on why we like working with Coach Sanders: Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, and Punctuality. If you’re looking for honesty and a positive coach/mentor for your child, I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend training with Coach Sanders! He’s very knowledgeable about all aspects of basketball. I’ve played basketball most of my life but I’ve never played organized ball so I wanted to train with someone that could help me with my crossover, footwork and shooting mechanics. He helped me with all of that and much more. He’s a great coach!
