We had a very nice experience with Elemental from start to finish of our project. They showed up with the right people, tools, and products and dug in with controlled vigor. They kept the work area contained , orderly, and clean and conscientiously limited visual and audible imposition on neighbors.Dewey and his trade foremen kept us informed of what would be next in the process, what that would entail, what would be needed, how long it would take, and who would be handling the details.Everyone involved was courteous, friendly, flexible, diligent, and very busy staying productive and on track. We had discussions during the project when the team and/or we had ideas or were faced with options. Everyone offered their specific experienced ideas and posed very good solutions from which we could choose. They kept us involved and didnt mind when we imposed our involvement.Dewey gave us a thorough proposal for very good price which just happened to be the lowest price among the 4 we received while actually offering a little more and a little higher-end quality. When we asked for more, his change orders were very reasonable.The project was completed exactly in the proposed timeframe quoted with no surprises. We certainly appreciated the entire experience. We love living in our new digs!

We recently hired Elemental for a full bathroom remodel, and we are so pleased with the results. The project was completed on time and within budget, with great communication every step of the way. They re-tiled both the floor and shower beautifully, installed custom-fit cabinets, and replaced all the plumbing fixtures. Walls and trim were touched up and nothing was missed. Most importantly, they finally fixed a leaking shower that had plagued us for yearsa huge relief! What we thought would be big setbacks during the process were handled with total professionalism and ease. They were always quick to respond and incredibly reliable. Well definitely be using them again for any future home projects.

I love my new bathrooms and I am so happy we trusted Elemental Remodeling! Dewey is honest and professional. The work is top-notch and you don't have to worry that they will pad prices or cut corners, and you don't have to look over their shoulders at every turn. I have dealt with contractors like that and it is a headache. What a refreshing change it is to deal with a company like Elemental Remodeling! Dewey has good ideas and listens to what you want done, and makes it a reality. He works within your budget and comes up with cost effective alternatives when needed. His team is hard-working and courteous. I can tell they pride themselves on being meticulous and detail-oriented. I love my new bathrooms so much I just asked him to redo my kitchen and cant wait to see what he does!

I can't speak highly enough of Elemental Contracting. From the start they addressed my every need for my Master Bathroom Remodel. Dewey Wayne took the time to measure and design a floor plan, select materials, and include the necessary elements for an esthetically pleasing spa-like handicapped installation. Enrique and his crew do impeccable work and were always polite and considerate of me and my home. Their final cleanup at the end was even done by a professional cleaning company. I recommend them for any project that you would have in your home.

With a young family and a tight budget, we have high expectations with limited resources...making our dream home a challenge to accomplish. Still, we are nothing if not careful researchers, and when we learned about Elemental Remodeling from friends, we were cautiously optimistic ("wow, that seems too good to be true!"). We met with a team lead at Elemental, Wayne, who listened intently to our vision and asked a lot of great questions about what we hoped to achieve with our remodel. Ultimately, he was able to propose a staged approach to completing all facets of our remodel, which not only met with our budgetary constraints but ended up enabling us to do everything we wanted with our home in less time than we imagined. When all said and done, we found the Elemental solution to be moderately priced, though a significantly upscale result from what we guessed would be the case, minimally disruptive to our lives (especially important with multiple young children at home) and left us feeling like we had not only made a great decision in hiring Elemental, we come away from this experience with a new family friend. We provide flat‑rate pricing for a turn-key project based on the scope of work with no surprise fees. Because we plan every step in advance, you’ll receive a detailed proposal covering labor, materials, permits, and cleanup.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1️⃣ Intro call & site visit – We discuss your vision, budget, and timeline.
2️⃣ Design & proposal – Within 3 business days, you’ll get a fixed‑price quote with a detailed scope of work.
3️⃣ Project kickoff – We set milestones and order materials before we begin work.
4️⃣ Weekly updates – You’ll get progress photos and schedule reviews every Friday.
5️⃣ Final walkthrough & warranty – We ensure everything exceeds your expectations, and all work carries a 1‑year craftsmanship warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and began my career as a NASA Space Shuttle engineer, and then moved into oil & gas. After transitioning to residential construction, I’ve completed professional project manager certification, and advanced certification in kitchen & bath design through the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and regularly attend GHBA and local trade‑school workshops to stay on the cutting edge of materials and techniques.
