- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will be contacted in a timely manner once Thumbtack has alerted us to the customer message. We will then agree to an on-site visitation or over the phone verbal commitment to produce an estimate. Once both parties have agreed to the terms and the scope of work we will set a date to begin work on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HHH LLC has decades of combined experience and hands on projects that allow us to offer a premium service to our clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
HHH LLC was derived from the owners passion to assist neighbors with tasks while living in the Heights. This has grown into a business that now reaches out of the neighborhood and helps the Houston Heights areas.
