What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing. Pricing varies based on type of window covering, operating mechanism, material, and design.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a variety of window coverings, and we provide free in-home consultations where we show samples of the window coverings, explain how they work, and their features. Afterwards we take measurements of the windows. We then go to the office, and complete an estimate which we email to the customer usually within the same day of the consultation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Window coverings are rarely changed, so when picking one out, we suggest to envision it being there for many years, pick something that you won't get tired of seeing, consider them like furniture.
How much visibility will I have from the inside-out and outside-in of the window. We offer window coverings that filter light, and allow some view, but at the same time give you privacy, or others that completely block out light, and view.
Depending on the application there's window coverings that are better suited to have a better fit on the window (sky-lights, doors, exteriors, etc). If they are high windows, and you want access to them, then maybe consider having them remote control operated.
Do you have kids or pets? How you will clean your window coverings if they are accessible. For example, sheer fabrics are a little less forgiving with oil stains, and smudges.
