FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each face painter has their own price.... After being in the business for 4 years I have narrowed things down to 1 service. I charge $170 for 2 hours and that is just enough time for a maximum of 20 kids.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy. I ask what's the date, time and location for the birthday party. I then give the new customer my Guarantee that I will be there and only perform at the best I may do, then I make a confirmation call a few days prior to the party to make sure the customer is aware that I am on top of my game and that I will be there. at the day requested I render my services, and after everyone is happy I collect my payment.... that simple ^_^
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My school has been mainly life because I was born with the talent to draw and paint. I attend seminars when I see some new trend starts :) and I keept up to date with all necessary regulations. For example: I sanitize my tools as paint during the party, and thoroughly clean them afterwards as well.
